The opportunity

Comfort without visual weight.

Noho began with a simple opportunity: create an inviting seat that feels generous and comfortable while remaining compact enough for flexible interiors. The design balances a soft, substantial cushion with a clear wooden structure and an open, approachable character.

The idea

A simple silhouette with a distinctive presence.

Early studies explored the relationship between the seat, the supporting structure and the user. The final direction keeps the form visually simple while giving Noho a recognizable identity from every angle.

Development

Refined through physical prototypes.

Prototypes helped resolve proportion, construction, upholstery and the transition between soft and structural elements. Each refinement moved the concept closer to a product ready for production.
