The opportunity

Give exceptional performance a clear identity.

Pike 1 was conceived as more than a conventional electric bike. Its acceleration, power and integrated transmission placed it in a new performance class. The design needed to make that capability feel purposeful, controlled and immediately recognizable.

Design direction

Performance expressed through the complete form.

The concept work brought the frame, battery, motor and transmission into one coherent silhouette. Strong volumes communicate speed and power, while the open bicycle structure keeps the product visually agile and approachable.

Development

Designed as one integrated system.

The product was developed around its mechanical architecture rather than styled around standard bicycle components. Close coordination between design and engineering resolved the frame, protective surfaces, component access and the visual balance of the complete bike.

Performance

Built beyond conventional e-bike expectations.

The road configuration is limited to 45 km/h as a speed pedelec. The underlying system was developed for substantially higher performance.

Detail

Technology made visible and understandable.

Functional components remain visually legible, while the sculpted central body brings the battery, drive and structure together. The result communicates advanced performance without losing the direct character of a bicycle.
